Ariana Prappas is an award winning performing artist, honored as a Grand Finalist winner of the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards. She has earned awards from the National Association of Teachers of Singing and the Classical Singer Magazine in both musical theater and classical voice, and was recognized as a top leading actor from the Jerry Herman and John Raitt High School Musical Theater Awards. Honored by Michael Feinstein’s SongBook Academy as “Outstanding Musical Theater Artist”, she went on to perform as a cabaret headliner at Feinstein’s at Vitello’s. Ariana earned a vocal fellowship to the Aspen Music Festival where she performed featured roles in A Little Night Music and South Pacificalongside conductor Andy Einhorn, Broadway’s Christy Altomare and the Met’s Nathan Gunn. Ariana is a BFA ’22 graduate in Drama-Musical Theater from Syracuse University where she performed in Grand Night for Singing (swing), Next to Normal (Diana), a workshop of a new musical,  The Bridge (Prudence/Pegeen), a virtual play – Love and Information, and as Martha in Spring Awakening (documentary of “the making of”). Ariana is also a songwriter and is soon to release her first album of original music. She has performed across the region in concert and shows with Ebell of LA, The Redwood, Nitecap, The Three Clubs, and with Camp Disney’s Little Mermaid immersive. As a songwriter, Ariana was a featured artist with Syracuse’s  “Spin” record label and in a Black Box Player’s Tiny Desk concert. Trained in dance from age 3, she is currently on faculty and performing with the Pasadena Civic Ballet. She has also taught dance for the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and the USC School of Dramatic Arts. www.ArianaPrappas.com
