Kyungrae Cho is a passionate pianist and dedicated educator with a deep love for music and a special interest in nurturing young musicians.
She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from the University of North Texas with a minor in Organ, a Master of Music in Piano from Western Illinois University with a full scholarship. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano from Sookmyung Womens University, where she was admitted with distinction in performance.
She has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician, captivating audiences with her expressive artistry and technical brilliance.
Having won numerous competitions from an early age, she also developed a deep connection to church music through years of piano accompaniment. This passion led her to study organ alongside piano, and she continues to perform both instruments in church settings.
As an educator, she has successfully guided many students to prestigious university programs and is the founder of KAY Piano Studio, where she is dedicated to inspiring young musicians. She has also helped numerous students excel in ABRSM examinations, supporting their musical and academic aspirations.
